| FAQ: CLICK HERE Procedure for repairs and returns on products purchased from Leggodt A/S Should you be so unlucky to have a defect product purchased from Leggodt A/S, please send this to our service department (Address on the bottom of this page. If the product is defect within no more than 7 days of delivery it is considered "defect upon arrival, and you need only to fill in the form as described below and email your order number and purchase date til contact@leggodt.dk then our service department will order a package label so you will have no expenses upon returning the product. Before returning the product, please ensure the following: 1. That the product is truly defect, and that the fault is not due to a setting or an adjustment. 2. If the product is under warranty please note this on the error description and attach a copy of the purchase receipt. 3. In warranty repairs the customer pays the delivery fee for sending the product to our service center. Leggodt A/S pays for delivery fee for returning the product. 4.
